Basketball is for everyone

I find beauty in the game of basketball. One benefit of basketball is that there is no set minimum of participants to practice. Athletes are able to hone their skills on the court solo, focusing on their mindset and goals. Players of all ages can enjoy the game. Basketball is a sport that is played on every level, every ability, every age... professional or recreational for fun. The sport, at its highest level, can give one great earning potential, a chance to travel the world, and the ability to change other people's lives.

My goal is to encourage very confident athletes that can take on any opponent without fear. With the right training, hard work, and a strong determination - we will get to that place of resolute.

101 Training, What to Expect

pre-examination

Before my first training session with each client, I conduct a pre-examination to determine the appropriate and most effective action needed to achieve maximum results. My philosophy is to assess and confirm desired training outcomes for each athlete. I will always do a thorough review to determine the best potential end results.

Young Athletes

For younger athletes, training is curated based on their predicted height. For example, a basketball player that is going to be 7’ tall would not be trained like a point guard that is going to 5’-11” tall. With this type of background check, I can pinpoint my work-out with athletes to maximize their effort in every session.

Donovan knows the game extremely well and has a very good eye for spotting young talent. Donovan is always trying to improve, by mastering new dribbling skills and shooting techniques. He has a great demeanor and patience with children of all ages.
